About the role

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll provide one-on-one support to children and adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community. Every person you support has a unique story—and you'll become part of their journey.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals build confidence and everyday life skills
• Support community outings, recreation, and social activities
• Assist with personal care and daily routines when needed
• Encourage independence while promoting safety and dignity
• Record services using our easy mobile documentation system
• Work alongside families and Care Coordinators to achieve individual goals
