Williamsport, PA; Jersey Shore, PA and surrounding areas. Office: 562 Hepburn Street, Williamsport, PA 17701.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Provide companionship and appropriate communication/social skills
- Perform light housekeeping and chores
- Ensure a safe environment and teach basic safety skills
- Help meet individual goals and outcomes
- Promote community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Comfortable using a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and have reliable internet access
Pay
Competitive hourly rate ranging from $15.00 to $18.00.
Schedule
- Full‑Time or Part‑Time
- Weekdays, Weekends, Evenings
- Shift lengths: 12‑hour, 10‑hour, 8‑hour, 6‑hour
- Day shift, Evening shift, Holiday work (eligible for holiday pay)
