Direct Support Professional (DSP)

About the role

The Arc Columbia-Saratoga is looking for people who are kind, reliable, and want to help others. In Saratoga County we support adults with developmental disabilities. It's summertime and the people we support want to get iced coffee at Dunkin, see live concerts, go out to eat, or go to the movies. In this role you get to do everyday things with the people you support like laundry, making dinner, or helping a person get washed. You also get to help a person shop for clothes, go to a museum, or the park.

Requirements

• High school diploma or better
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

We welcome those with experience, including PCAs, HHAs, or CNAs. If you have no experience, we are happy to provide you with paid training.

Pay
