About the role

As a Direct Support Professional, you will play an important role in the daily lives of the individuals you support. Through compassionate care, encouragement, and meaningful relationships, you will help individuals live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible. You will provide assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, household routines, and transportation. More importantly, you will offer encouragement and support while helping each person achieve their goals, participate in their community, and enjoy activities that bring purpose and joy to their lives.

Working alongside the Management Team, you'll help ensure each person's individualized support plan is carried out with dignity, respect, and genuine care.

Pay

You'll start at $19.00 per hour. This part-time role includes a 15% shift differential for evenings and weekends.
