At Boone Supported Living, our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help adults with developmental disabilities live more independent, fulfilling lives. Pay

• Earn up to $18.75 per hour

Schedule

Current openings include evenings, weekends, and limited overnight shifts. Day shift positions are not currently available.

Responsibilities

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities and community involvement
• Encouraging independence while providing compassionate support
• Administering medications after training and according to agency policies
• Documenting services provided and progress toward individual goals
• Monitoring health needs and reporting changes when necessary
• Following individualized care plans
• Safely transporting individuals to appointments and community activities
• Completing required documentation, mileage logs, incident reports, and other records accurately and on time

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle available for client transportation
• Current automobile insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass the Family Care Safety Registry screening and criminal background check
