Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
- Support with medication management
- Facilitate social interactions and community integration
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Document progress and communicate with families and professionals
Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications.

- Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
