Direct Support Professional

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide companionship and appropriate communication/social skills support
• Perform light housekeeping and chores
• Ensure a safe environment and teach basic safety skills
• Help meet individual goals and outcomes
• Promote community involvement through outings, activities, errands, etc.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
• Reliable transportation (preferred) and a valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and have reliable internet access

Schedule

• Part‑time and full‑time shifts available
• Weekday, weekend, and evening shifts
• Immediate openings: Wednesday – Sunday, 12 am – 8 am
• Additional options: holidays, day shift, and flexible pick‑up shifts
