Responsibilities

• Provide rewarding support that helps participants grow, learn, and live well.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Take initiative to help participants engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite pursuits.
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Assist with personal hygiene and address behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

Pay

Rate: $19.71 per hour.

Schedule

Full‑time, 3 p.m. – 11 p.m., including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
