DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
for each heading. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Key info:
- Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Resources for Human Development Full-Time $18.00/hour DailyPay Available
- About RHD: paragraph.
- Why Join Our Team? includes Competitive Pay & Benefits bullet list, Career Growth & Development bullet list, Meaningful Work That Matters bullet list.
- What You'll Do: bullet list of duties.
- Who We're Looking For: bullet list of traits.
- Qualifications: Required bullet list, Preferred bullet list.
- Schedule: bullet list.
- Physical Requirements: bullet list.
- Apply Today: paragraph.
- About Our Organization: paragraph.
- Equal Opportunity Employer: boilerplate to remove.
We need sections: About the role? Could be "About the role" maybe summarizing description. But we have "About Resources for Human Development" which is about organization. Could treat as "About the role"? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to these headings.
We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
- About the role: could be the introductory paragraph about role: "Looking for More Than Just a Job? ... In this rewarding role, you'll help individuals..." Also maybe "About Resources for Human Development" could be part of About the role? But we can include both.
- Responsibilities: the "What You'll Do" bullet list.
- Requirements: maybe the "Who We're Looking For" traits? Or Qualifications required? Usually Requirements = qualifications required. We'll treat "Qualifications" as separate heading for required and preferred. But we have both Qualifications and Skills headings possible. We could put Required under Qualifications, Preferred under Skills? Or combine.
Better: Use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (required), Skills (preferred), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
But we also have Physical Requirements. Could be part of Qualifications or separate? Not in list but we could include as Qualifications? Might be okay to add a section Physical Requirements if we have content. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Physical Requirements into Qualifications.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Pay: $18.00/hour, DailyPay. Benefits: list. Schedule: full-time, flexible scheduling, evening/overnight/weekend/holiday shifts may be required. So we can have Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections.
We also have Career Growth & Development bullet list; could be part of Benefits? Or maybe Skills? But we can include under Benefits as "Career Growth & Development". Or we could create a separate section "Career Development" but not in allowed headings. Better to incorporate into Benefits.
Meaningful Work That Matters bullet list could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? Could be under About the role.
We need to preserve all substantive info; we must not lose any.
Thus we need to include all bullet points somewhere.
Let's outline:

Physical Requirements
. Now Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Benefits: from "Why Join Our Team?" Competitive Pay & Benefits bullet list includes: $18.00/hour Competitive Compensation (but that's pay), DailyPay, Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Paid Time Off, Employee Assistance Program, Wellness Programs, Employee Referral Bonuses, Company-Paid Training. Also Career Growth & Development bullet list includes Paid Training Programs, CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration Training, Professional Development Opportunities, Leadership Development Programs, Career Advancement Opportunities, Opportunities Across Multiple Service Lines. Also Meaningful Work That Matters bullet list includes: Make a Difference Every Day, Support Individuals and Families, Promote Independence and Community Inclusion, Build Meaningful Relationships, Join a Mission-Driven Organization. We could treat Benefits as the tangible benefits (insurance, retirement, PTO, etc.) and Career Growth & Development as part of Benefits or maybe separate but we can include under Benefits. Pay: $18.00/hour, DailyPay. Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible scheduling based on program needs, Evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required, Schedule subject to change based on individual and program needs. We also have "Apply Today" paragraph; we should keep that as amaybe under a generic section? Not required heading. Could just include as a paragraph after sections. We must not include application instructions? The instruction says remove application instructions. "Apply Today" is basically a call to action; might be considered application instruction? It says "Apply Today Some jobs pay the bills...". That's more motivational; but it's still an instruction to apply. Safer to remove? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove the "Apply Today" paragraph. Also remove "About Our Organization" maybe? That's not boilerplate; it's substantive about organization. Could keep under About the role. We already included About Resources for Human Development in About the role. The later "About Our Organization Resources for Human Development is part of the Inperium family of companies. Employment for this position is administered through Apis Services, Inc." That's also substantive but maybe duplicate. We could keep it as part of About the role. We must not include EEO boilerplate; we will remove that. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. Now output HTML fragment only. Let's craft final HTML:
