Ohel Children's Home and Family Services is seeking dedicated and responsible staff to work with individuals who have developmental and/or intellectual disabilities living in supportive and loving residential settings in Teaneck. Substitute positions available. Responsibilities Include Supporting individuals with their activities of daily livingAccompanying individuals to medical appointmentsAssisting with preparing and serving mealsProviding companionship while engaging in productive activities which help to foster independence and community engagement Requirements Motivated candidate with good interpersonal skillsAbility to relate to individuals promoting meaningful outcomesHigh School diploma or equivalentAbility to speak and write EnglishValid NY or NJ driver's license for some positions Ohel is a pioneer in the provision of residential supports for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
