Direct Support Professional

Clinton Manor is partially an ICF/DD home for individuals with developmental disabilities that also have high medical needs. A DSP supports the residents in their everyday living skills such as bathing, dressing, feeding, restroom assistance and social activities.

About the role

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) ensures excellent person-centered care is provided to the individuals we support. We are looking for skilled DSPs who are thorough with their tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in everyday living skills such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Assist with restroom needs
• Engage residents in social activities

Pay

$18.30–$25.30 an hour based on experience. Bonuses given for picking up extra shifts.

Schedule

• Full Time: 1:30 pm – 9:30 pm
• Every other weekend
