About the role
The role involves providing direct support services to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on daily living skills, socialization, and health maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals in activities of daily living
- Facilitate social interactions and community integration
- Maintain health and hygiene routines
- Document progress and communicate with supervisors and families
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and criminal history review
