Pay: Earn Up to $18.50/hr! Base Pay: $17.00/hr + $1.50/hr Incentive. Get Paid to Sleep: $13.00/hr (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
Location: Bowling Green, OH
Schedules Available: Full-Time & Part-Time (Every Other Weekend Required)
1st & 2nd Shift (Awake): $18.50/hr
3rd Shift (Sleep): $13.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, person-centered support in daily living tasks
• Assist with personal care: ambulation, bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Engage individuals in social, recreational, and community activities
• Prepare meals, cleaning, laundry, and household tasks
• Transport individuals safely to appointments and social outings
• Encourage personal growth and achievement of goals
• Accurately document activities, incidents, and client progress
• Administering medications as trained
• Communicate professionally with team members, families, and clients
• Participate in required paid training and team meetings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (fewer than 6 points)
• Proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass BCI/FBI background checks and required screenings
