We’re growing and looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Cass Lake team in the Park Rapids area.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes and help them maintain independence
• Provide direct support to clients, including personal care tasks such as assisting with getting in and out of bed, bathing/showering, and ensuring their home is clean and safe
• Support clients in individualized goals
• Build relationships with clients and report any concerns to the Designated Coordinator
• Support community engagement by attending community events

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and comfort visiting clients in their homes
• Willing to provide transportation if necessary
• Valid driver’s license and current insurance
