Position Duties
- Visiting clients in their homes and helping them maintain their independence.
- Supporting the client in individualized goals, including personal care tasks such as helping client get in and out of bed, assisting with bathing/showering, and making sure their home is clean and safe.
- Supporting community engagement by attending community events, etc.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation.
- Comfortable visiting clients in their home.
- Willing to provide transportation if necessary.
- Must hold valid DL and current insurance.
