Position Duties
- Visiting clients in their homes and helping them maintain their independence.
- Providing Direct Support to Clients, which includes supporting the client in individualized goals, including personal care tasks such as helping the client get in and out of bed, assisting with bathing/showering, and ensuring their home is clean and safe.
- Building relationships with clients and reporting any concerns to the Designated Coordinator.
- Supporting community engagement by attending community events, etc.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and comfort in visiting clients in their home.
- Willingness to provide transportation if necessary, and holding a valid DL and current insurance.
- Hindi speaking preferred.
