Direct Support Professional

Position Duties

• Visiting clients in their homes and helping them maintain their independence.
• Providing Direct Support to Clients, which includes supporting the client in individualized goals, including personal care tasks such as helping the client get in and out of bed, assisting with bathing/showering, and making sure their home is clean and safe.
• Building relationships with your clients and reporting any concerns to the Designated Coordinator.
• Supporting community engagement by attending community events, etc.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable visiting clients in their home.
• Willingness to provide transportation if necessary.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and current insurance.
