Direct Support Professional

Position Duties

• Visiting clients in their homes and helping them maintain their independence.
• Supporting the client in individualized goals, including personal care tasks such as helping client get in and out of bed, assisting with bathing/showering, and making sure their home is clean and safe.
• Serving as a liaison between clients and designated coordinators, reporting any concerns.
• Participating in community engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable visiting clients in their home.
• Willingness to provide transportation if necessary.
• Valid driver's license and current insurance.
