To qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities. We have current Direct Support Professional (DSP) openings in New Castle, Kent and Sussex Counties, including locations such as Wilmington Manor, Bayview Manor, Collins Park, Minquadale, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with I/DD
• Ability to work independently in the community

Requirements

• At least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities

Pay

Pay: $17.50-$18/hr. (dependent on experience)
