About the role
The Direct Support Professional safely performs varied, but highly important duties related to the overall well-being of individuals who deal with intellectual and developmental challenges. Participants reside with their family members/caregivers, in their own homes or in licensed settings.
Responsibilities
- Implement strategies and activities derived from the Individualized Service Plans
- Perform trips to museums, parties, work, school, movies, local businesses, community events, etc., in accordance with policy and procedure manuals
