About the role

At Home Living we believe in our clients and their right to live in the least‑restrictive environment. We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well‑cared‑for. All of our homes have 4 bedrooms each. Most of our clients can live independently, but need some help with certain tasks. A couple of our programs have additional cares involved so there is a higher starting wage in those programs. This is one of our largest divisions and we strive to hire caring, compassionate, and genuine staff who want to make a difference! Compensation

$18.00 per hour (Part‑Time)

Schedule

Evenings: 2 pm–10 pm; Overnights: 10 pm–8 am

Responsibilities

• Cooking and cleaning
• Medication administration & documentation
• Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.)
• Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.)
• Making a difference in the lives of others

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Pass a MN DHS Background Study
• Available to work every other weekend
• Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a clean record
