Direct Support Professional - Adult Habilitation Center

Dickinson Center, Inc. has provided a continuum of mental health, intellectual disability, and Children's Prevention services in Northwestern Pennsylvania since 1958. We are a progressive non-profit organization with almost 200 employees and an annual operating budget of nearly $10 million.

About the role

Direct service employees provide services to adults with developmental disabilities who live in community settings which include families, group homes, and Lifesharing. Based upon the principles of normalization and everyday lives, individuals are presented with opportunities to gain and enhance life experiences. Services consist of supervision, training, and support in general areas of self-care, communication, community participation, and socialization.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license

$13.53-$14.63 per hour
