Looking for meaningful part-time job where you can make a difference? Family Care Solutions is hiring Part-Time Direct Support Buddies to help individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities build independence and reach their personal goals. No experience required — training provided!
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living and independence skills
- Encourage social, communication, and safety skills
- Assist with household tasks and healthy lifestyle habits
- Help individuals participate in community activities
- Support personal goals and skill development
Schedule
This position is 10-15 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM, with flexible scheduling. Two weekends per month are also required, with flexibility to choose the weekends that work best for you.
Pay
Starting pay: $15/hour

Requirements
