Direct Sales Representative - Camden, New Jersey

About the role

KOMPAN U.S. is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to promote and sell KOMPAN's commercial playground and outdoor fitness equipment to industry targets. This role requires creating demand and building relationships within the territory, leveraging opportunities for projects valued between $10K to $1M+, and contributing to KOMPAN’s strategy and culture.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote KOMPAN playground and fitness equipment to industry targets in your region, becoming an expert in design and functionality
• Possess and manage a CRM system to target market segments such as schools, parks and recreation departments, municipalities, landscape architects, contractors, and housing developers
• Create product awareness and demand by presenting the world-class quality of KOMPAN equipment at industry events
• Prepare sales quotations and basic designs with the assistance of the central team
• Ensure quality communication with customers throughout the sales process, from the design phase through installation and post-sale

Requirements

• College degree
• Experience in long sales cycles and solution selling preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of managing a CRM system preferred
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities
• A high degree of integrity and professionalism
