Direct Marketing (Canvassing) Supervisor

About the Role

Renewal by Andersen, the nation’s leading replacement window and door company, is seeking a field-first leader to coach, develop, and drive performance for our Everett Direct Marketing team. This role reports to the Direct Marketing Manager and is classified as Exempt / Full-Time. Leadership happens in the field, where you’ll spend meaningful time alongside your team, fostering high performance and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Direct Marketers
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance against key production goals
• Spend significant time in the field training, coaching, and reinforcing expectations
• Build a culture of accountability, competition, recognition, and consistent execution
• Partner with leadership on staffing, performance improvement, and overall team growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in canvassing, direct marketing, sales, or another performance-driven environment
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and hold people accountable
• Comfortable managing to measurable goals and providing direct, actionable feedback
• Organized, resilient, competitive, and effective in a fast-paced field environment
• Canvassing leadership experience strongly preferred; open to proven leaders from high-performance sales environments

Pay

$80,000 - $85,000/year plus bonuses, including:

• $50 for every 1% point above 80% of plan up to 120% of plan (Demo Bonus), provided CPLI is within 20% over/under of the territory plan
• $40 for every 1% point above 80% of plan up to 120% of plan (Sales Bonus), provided the cost of marketing is within +/- 2% of the territory plan
