Job Summary

Anova Health Care Services, Inc. is seeking multiple Direct Care Worker positions in Lawrence County. This role involves supporting consumers with everyday tasks to help them stay safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Support consumers with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Perform personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, hair care, and toileting
• Help with walking and movement using walkers or other aids
• Provide companionship and assist with errands
• Report changes in consumer conditions to the staff coordinator

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Physical ability to perform daily tasks
• Read, write, understand, and speak English
• Mature, responsible judgment and respect for consumer privacy
• Willingness to complete the employment process and follow the care plan

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for providing quality care

Pay, Hours, and Territory

Reimbursement is based on experience, and hours are flexible around personal availability and patient needs. Clients are located throughout Lawrence County and neighboring areas, with efforts to match DCWs with nearby clients.
