Dir Regional Laboratory

About the role

Responsible for operational management of laboratory services within a designated service region, with direct responsibility over regional essential service laboratory managers and regional outreach operations, assuring clinically relevant quality, service and cost. Hospital‑based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.

Requirements

• BS in Business, Life Sciences, or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred)
• 10 years of directly relevant experience
• 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale for this position is $133,140.80 – $191,588.80 USD, with final compensation influenced by skill set, experience, certifications, and education. If the position is covered by a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the union pay scale.
