About the Role
This job plans administrative, financial, and operational activities for the regional executive team, acts as a point of contact between top management and employees/stakeholders and oversees projects of high importance, providing guidance as needed.
Responsibilities
- Works to increase the bandwidth of the regional leadership in such a way as to concentrate their time, effort, and priorities on operational initiatives.
- Leads the coordination, implementation and execution of operational rhythms and processes in alignment with system operational standards.
- Helps to establish accountability across regional teams by making sure appropriate milestones and measurements are built into business and project plans.
- Drives cross-functional initiatives and monitors the execution of regional change initiatives with senior leadership.
- Serves as liaison to system shared services and support functions on behalf of the region.
- Synthesizes analysis to deliver actionable, insightful, data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education Required - Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration or related field.
- Work Experience Preferred - Master's degree.
- Required - 5 years of related healthcare experience, including 2 years of supervision or management experience.

Skills and Abilities
- Computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
