Key Responsibilities: Develops, recommends, and implements policies and procedures of the accountMonitors financial reports of the accounts to ensure budgetary complianceInspect unit operations to ensure contract compliance Interfaces with existing clients to maintain client satisfaction and account retentionConducts appropriate annual and semi-annual performance evaluationsCompletes all daily, weekly, and monthly reports as outlined in the corporate policyTrains, motivates, and develops management personnel Preferred Qualifications: Minimum two years’ experience in multi-unit foodservice management Experience with multi-unit foodservice managementStrong track record of driving customer satisfaction Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced and P&L driven environment Proven ability to mentor and develop team members Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as a member of various teams and committeesProven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsAbility to prepare reports and business correspondenceAbility to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levelsGood judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisionsCreative, flexible, and innovative team playerCommitment to excellence and high standardsVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Apply to Chartwells Higher Education today!
