Dining Services Supervisor

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dining Services Supervisor to oversee all aspects of dining services at Park Place of West Knoxville.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Senior Living dining services, including purchasing, inventory management, staffing, training, and customer service.
• Operate the department within the stipulated budget and ensure financial accountability.
• Perform administrative and managerial tasks such as hiring and training new kitchen staff.
• Ensure resident satisfaction with the end product.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate’s or higher degree in food service management or hospitality, including a course of study in food service or restaurant management (highly preferred).
• Prior dietary supervisory experience in a long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing facility (SNF), assisted living (AL), or memory care (MC) setting (required).
• Certification in food safety, as required by state regulations.
• Strong culinary background.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Passion for working with seniors and a flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
