- Direct and coordinate the dining experience of residents and guests in an upscale atmosphere.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of the dining services department.
- Establish departmental regulations and procedures in compliance with administrative policies.
- Develop standards for organization and supervision of dining services.

Qualifications
- A passion for food and serving seniors.
- Experience planning, directing, and coordinating activities of a dining services department.
- Ability to establish departmental regulations and procedures in compliance with administrative policies.
- Skills in developing standards for organization and supervision of dining services.
