• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of the dining services department.
• Establish departmental regulations and procedures in compliance with administrative policies.
• Develop standards for organization and supervision of dining services.

Qualifications

• A passion for food and serving seniors.
• Experience planning, directing, and coordinating activities of a dining services department.
• Ability to establish departmental regulations and procedures in compliance with administrative policies.
• Skills in developing standards for organization and supervision of dining services.
