Touchmark on West Century is looking for caring, outgoing people to join our Dining Services team as Servers! Responsibilities

• Enrich lives every day by creating a friendly and inviting dining experience for Touchmark residents and guests
• Greet residents by name
• Take meal orders and answer questions about the menu
• Serve meals and beverages
• Ensure that the dining room is clean, attractive, and operating smoothly
• Serve during special events and catered functions that take place at our community

Requirements & Qualifications

• Commitment to Touchmark's values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
• Willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
• Able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
