Dining Room Service

• Sets up the dining room and serves residents per established standards, including preparation and serving of coffee, tea, juice, and other beverages as needed.
• Cleans work areas, dining room floors, tables, and chairs after each meal and after special events.
• Reports supply or equipment needs, unsafe or malfunctioning equipment, loose fixtures, flooring or tiling requiring repair, and any conditions conducive to breeding insects, rodents, or other vermin.
• Aids in receiving and storing food supplies.
• Fulfills safety codes, infection control procedures, and sanitation regulations in compliance with federal, state, and facility standards.
• Understands and follows fire and disaster plans, adhering to established procedures during drills and actual emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow directions and work assignments required.
• Ability to perform routine tasks with frequent interruptions and work flexible hours required.
