Requirements

• 3 years supervisory experience in the restaurant/food industry or hospitality
• Customer service expertise
• Knowledge of scheduling and training staff
• Operations coordination with the kitchen
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Experience as an educator
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and online systems
