Dining Room Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Fine Dining Service Management Team. Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple tasks and requests from various team members
- Closings and occasional parties
- Close coordination with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction
- Collaborating with the management team to implement strategies for growth and improvement
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Self-awareness and ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations
- Proficiency in Google Workspace

Pay
$81,500 - $90,000 annually
Schedule
Tuesday-Saturday nights, with in-time varying between noon and 2:30 p.m., and out-time between 10:30 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. Closing occurs once per week, and we aim for a four-day work week about twice a month for Dining Room Managers.
