Dining Attendant/Server - FT

About the role

The Dining Services Team at Givens Estates is seeking a Full Time Dining Attendant / Server to support their state-of-the-art dining venue, Terrene.

Responsibilities

• Affords assistance in assembling and completing carry-out meals and delivering meals as needed
• Ensures high-quality service is provided to residents, guests, and team members by adhering to proper meal service techniques
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of venue areas according to Health Department codes
• Follows up with residents, guests, and team members to ensure expectations are met and/or exceeded
• Keeps venue areas clean and sanitized according to Health Department codes
• Has comprehensive knowledge of venue menus and can provide detailed information to residents, guests, and team members
• Performs any other duties and/or tasks as assigned by an authorized supervisor

Requirements

• Preference given to on-the-job three (3) months of supervised training
• Working knowledge of sanitary standards related to food handling and preparation
• Knowledge to serve meals in an appealing and appetizing manner
• Knowledge of foods, beverages, condiments allowed on therapeutic diets
• High School or GED equivalent preferred

Benefits

• Compensation range: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package
