Compensation
Compensation Range: $28.00/Hour (This is a tip pool eligible role)

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and engage with all guests to create a memorable experience
- Anticipate guest's wants and needs and offer food/drink/activity recommendations
- Demonstrate menu knowledge, including ingredients and modifications, if applicable
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and in compliance with regulations
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Assist in running food, refilling beverages, sopapillas, and/or salsa
- Pre-bus tables to ensure quick turnarounds and a clean dining space
- Wrap and prepare silverware for service
- Assist in performing the duties of a Table Assistant and Guest Services Attendant as needed
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by any manager or the Director of Food & Beverage based on business needs
Qualifications/Skills
- 18+ years of age
- At least 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate about serving others
- Strong conflict resolution skills to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive guest experience
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Must have reliable form of transportation and be able to work flexible shifts, inclusive of weekends, days, late nights, and holidays
- Regular and dependable attendance is an essential function of this position
- This position requires consistent availability for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening shifts, as well as Sunday morning shifts, on an ongoing basis
- Candidates must be able to reliably work these required shifts as part of the regular schedule expectations for the role
- Availability for these shifts is a condition of employment for this position
- Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish
- ServSafe Alcohol certification
Physical & Environmental Demands
- Able to distinguish colors and see both up close and at a distance
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to use manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and fine motor skills
- Must be able to walk at least 10,000 steps per shift, including stairs, inclines, and declines
- Able to pivot, transition between seated and standing positions, kneel, stoop, and lift throughout shifts
- Able to work in confined spaces
- Comfortable working in loud, distracting environments
- Able to multitask and work efficiently with speed, accuracy, and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and entertainment venue under pressure
