Schedule & Compensation Full time position, 40 hours weekly Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm Some Holidays required Pay: $14.50/hour Job Description We are looking for a friendly and organized Dining Attendant to join our team in Springhill, United States. In this customer-focused role, you will be the face of our dining establishment, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience. As a Dining Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining our continental breakfast service and delivering outstanding lunch service. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them at designated tablesPresent menus and provide recommendations based on guest preferencesTake accurate food and beverage orders during lunch service and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staffServe meals and drinks promptly and courteously, ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfactionClear tables efficiently between courses and after meals, maintaining a clean dining environmentSet and reset tables according to established service standardsRespond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special needs throughout serviceProcess payments and handle transactions accuratelySet up continental breakfast stations with proper arrangement of beverages, pastries, cereals, fruits, breads, and spreads according to established standardsRestock breakfast items throughout service to ensure adequate supply and presentationMaintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast areas, including wiping down surfaces and removing soiled items promptlyCollaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other dining staff to ensure smooth operationsMaintain awareness of health, safety, and sanitation regulationsAddress guest concerns or complaints with empathy and escalate issues when necessary Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a genuine commitment to guest satisfactionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environmentAttention to detail and organizational skillsPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry itemsBasic math skills for handling transactions and calculationsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamReliability and punctualityPreferred: Previous experience in a dining, restaurant, or hospitality settingPreferred: Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquettePreferred: Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations Additional Information Depending upon the status of the position, Asbury offers generous benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401K with match; PTO and paid holidays.
