Digital Technology Manager
On-siteInformation TechnologyFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. The posting includes summary, essential job functions (responsibilities), required education/experience (requirements/qualifications), work environment (maybe part of responsibilities?), advancement opportunities (maybe benefits? but not explicit benefits). No explicit Pay, Schedule, Benefits. So we should not create those sections. We need sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (essential job functions), Requirements (required education/experience), Qualifications (maybe overlapping with requirements? Could combine). Skills (maybe list of skills from required). We need to avoid duplication. We'll parse content.
Summary paragraph: "The Digital Technology Manager is a strong business analyst, trusted business advisor, and Information Technology leader accountable for guidance, planning, execution, and support to ensure IT solutions are efficiently delivered and meet defined business requirements, while concurrently promoting the IT vision, values, services, and capabilities. The incumbent must communicate clearly, negotiate, listen, mitigate conflict, build alliances, and achieve desired results using effective interpersonal and diplomacy skills. Working across organizational boundaries, the Digital Technology Manager implements technology solutions, supports business processes, and partners with Managed Service Providers, Integrators, IT Business Partners, and others to deliver technology solutions, as well as supporting operational internal systems and solution needs to achieve business goals. The Digital Technology Manager effectively influences business leadership and management decisions and drives ownership and acceptance of changes to the business."
That's about the role.
Essential Job Functions Include: list of bullet points (starting with "Leads a team..." etc). We'll put those under Responsibilities.
Required Education And/Or Experience: list of bullet points (starting with "A Bachelor degree..." etc). We'll put under Requirements (maybe also Qualifications). Could separate: Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications (skills/certifications). But we have many skill items in that list: troubleshooting, business acumen, knowledge of systems, etc. Could treat as Qualifications. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But rules: we can have multiple sections if they have substantive content. We'll decide: Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications (skills, knowledge, certifications). Both have content.
Work Environment: could be part of Responsibilities? It's separate but maybe we can include as a subsection under Responsibilities? But we need headings only for defined categories. Could add a section "Work Environment" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Work Environment not listed, so we should not create a heading for it. We could fold that content into Responsibilities or maybe into About the role? Probably better to include under Responsibilities as a bullet? But it's not a duty. Could incorporate into Responsibilities as a note about work environment. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop it. So we need to include it somewhere. Since there's no allowed heading for Work Environment, we need to incorporate it into an existing section, maybe Responsibilities (as a bullet) or maybe under About the role (as a paragraph). The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples, not exclusive? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we must map all content into those sections. Work environment could go under Responsibilities (as a bullet about working conditions). Advancement Opportunities could go under Benefits? Not exactly but could be under Qualifications? Maybe under Skills? Advancement opportunities is about career growth; could be under Benefits? But Benefits heading is for benefits like health insurance etc. Not present. Could we omit Advancement Opportunities? It's substantive. We need to include it somewhere. Perhaps under Qualifications (as a note about career development). Or under Skills? Not ideal.
Better approach: Use sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Then we can include work environment as a bullet under Responsibilities (maybe as "Work environment: ...") and advancement opportunities as a bullet under Qualifications (or Skills). We'll try to keep it logical.

We also have EEO statement etc which we drop.
Now we need to map to sections.
About the role: summary paragraph.
Responsibilities: essential job functions list (including the after-hours availability bullet). Also maybe include work environment? Could add as a bullet under Responsibilities: "Work environment: ..." but that's not a duty. Could add as a separate bullet but still under Responsibilities heading. It's okay.
Requirements: education/experience bullet list (first four items: degree, 5+ years BA/IT Manager, 7+ years manufacturing, 7+ years 3rd party). Also maybe include the after-hours availability? No that's responsibility.
Qualifications: skills and knowledge bullet list (troubleshooting, business acumen, knowledge of core business processes, knowledge of business systems, familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma, Windows/Mac OS knowledge, certifications). Also maybe include core values demonstration? That's more responsibility.
Skills: maybe we could separate technical skills vs soft skills? But we already have many skill items. Could create Skills section for technical skills like ERP, CRM, etc. But we risk duplication.
Better: Use Requirements for education/experience, Qualifications for skills/knowledge/certifications, Skills for maybe soft skills? But we have both.
Given the instruction to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called Requirements (or Qualifications). But we need to follow heading examples; we can choose to have only About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (covering education/experience and skills), and maybe Skills? Hmm.
We could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education/experience and skills), and maybe Advancement opportunities under Benefits? Not ideal.
But we must not invent sections like Advancement Opportunities. Could fold into Requirements as a bullet about career growth? Not really.
Maybe we can put Advancement Opportunities under a section called "Benefits"? Not correct but could be considered a benefit (career advancement). However the instruction says never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state advancement opportunities, which is a kind of benefit (career growth). So we could create a Benefits section with that content. That seems acceptable: they mention advancement opportunities and professional development. That's a benefit.
Thus we can have Benefits section with those two bullets.
Now we still have Work Environment. Could we put that under Benefits? No. Could put under Responsibilities as a note about working conditions. It's still substantive.
Thus final sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits.
But we might have too many sections; but each has substantive content.
Let's assign:
About the role: summary paragraph.
Responsibilities: essential job functions list (including after-hours availability). Also include work environment bullets as part of responsibilities? We'll add them as separate bullet points under Responsibilities (
