Digital Technology Manager

The IT Manager oversees teams supporting clinical workflows through Epic modules such as Secure Chat, MyChart, and Care Everywhere, ensuring reliable and efficient technology solutions that enhance staff productivity and patient care. They manage system updates, incident resolution, and enhancements, collaborating with clinical and IT stakeholders to ensure safety, scalability, and responsiveness to evolving care models. Additionally, the role provides cross-functional leadership in digital operations, service delivery, analytics, and information security, focusing on optimizing digital platforms, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement. The manager leads teams, mentors staff, and partners with various stakeholders to ensure aligned priorities and service excellence. Responsibilities include contributing to strategic planning, managing service governance, leveraging digital analytics for insights, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and experience in health systems or regulated industries are essential. A bachelor’s degree and at least six years of relevant experience are required; a master’s degree is preferred.
