- Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Shop Floor teams to ensure full and accurate ERP/MES utilization.
- Analyze ION production data to surface bottlenecks, generate actionable metrics, and propose targeted flow improvements.
- Build and maintain SOPs within the systems to standardize workflows and reinforce quality control.
- Develop and deliver user training at all levels; provide responsive technical support and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards covering production efficiency, quality, and delivery KPIs.
- Contribute to ERP/MES implementation projects — requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Champion the practical use of AI platforms (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and others) across teams — identifying high-value use cases, building internal guides, and supporting adoption.
- Evaluate and pilot new AI tools relevant to manufacturing operations, reporting, and enterprise workflows, making recommendations for broader rollout.
- Develop prompt libraries, workflow templates, and best-practice documentation to help teams get consistent, reliable results from AI tools.
