We are seeking a talented Digital Supply Chain Manager who can help support our future as we grow our business around the world. This role is located in Seattle, WA or Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, merchandising, operations, program teams, and external stakeholders to launch linear channels on Prime Video
• Track progress against goals and metrics, escalating obstacles to leadership to achieve program objectives
• Maintain reporting and dashboards for critical metrics, providing regular updates to management
• Execute programs with guidance from senior team members, managing content delivery and publishing workflows
• Identify operational roadblocks and build a backlog of tooling improvements
• Build relationships with partner teams and digital provider representatives
• Monitor metadata quality initiatives and systems to enhance customer experience
• Participate in process improvement efforts to optimize cross-team processes and improve delivery
• Partner with teams in India and Costa Rica to identify, standardize, and hand over tasks that drive efficiencies and scale operations

Qualifications

A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, customer-focused, and team-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of equivalent experience
• Knowledge of large scale automation and workflow management or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• Experience working at either a studio or cable/premium television network
• Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
• Experience with variety of digital media workflows
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, etc.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $70,400.00 - $105,000.00 USD annually in Los Angeles, CA, and $80,200.00 - $105,000.00 USD annually in Seattle, WA. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
