About the role

Sabel Systems designs and delivers digital engineering ecosystems for DoD programs, enabling teams to connect data, systems, and personnel within secure, scalable environments. Our solutions empower programs to make faster decisions, close sustainment gaps, and meet the digital acquisition requirements. We implement and operate transformation at scale, orchestrating existing tools into a governing system of record that ensures government ownership of infrastructure and traceable decisions—without vendor lock, proprietary baselines, or ATO rebuilds during transitions.

Responsibilities

• Collect and refine requirements through customer mentorship and guidance on tradeoff decisions for cost, schedule, and capability.
• Translate mission requirements into scalable and interoperable system designs linked to organizational outcomes.
• Create technology architectures, frameworks, reference models, and roadmaps that mitigate project and technological risk.
• Lead technical decision-making and enforce architecture standards for Agile solution delivery teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their applicability to programs for solutions bridging multiple cloud environments and classification levels.
• Communicate architecture decisions and their trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage customer management and governance bodies to aid them in effectively funding and staffing digital transformations via integration with their mission execution.
• Continuously expand our solutions and reputation for rapidly onboarding DoD customers into cutting-edge digital engineering and Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Build partnerships with complementary firms and solution providers.
• Actively contribute to firm strategy by developing repeatable solutions that meet the needs of our client base; drive market discovery and adoption through business development.
