Digital Solutions Director

About the role

The Digital Solutions Director will support the growth and development of the digital experience and strategies across markets, leveraging expertise in healthcare and digital to assist business partners in identifying and deploying innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies, programs, and solutions aligned with business priorities, consumer insights, and industry trends.
• Evaluate digital concepts, opportunities, and vendors to assess their value and fit into the existing ecosystem.
• Create and execute strategic roadmaps, competitive benchmark assessments, and identify or evaluate potential solutions.
• Work with business partners to create business cases and ensure the successful deployment of solutions engaging target populations and addressing market needs.
• Collaborate with leaders and associates in the broader enterprise digital solutions organization to align priorities and strategies.
• Research and gather market requirements through competitive intelligence and emerging trends, stakeholder, and consumer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of related experience in solution strategy, digital product management, and digital software product development.
• Executive-level presence with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint development skills.
• Familiarity with AI assistant tools like ChatGPT, Spark, Copilot, and Google Gemini.
• Consulting experience or strong consulting skills.
• Experience in healthcare industry, particularly in DTC.
• MBA or equivalent.

Pay

$147,200 to $220,800 annually, based on a number of legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Company. The salary offered for this specific position is based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Schedule

Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS degree in related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience in solution strategy, digital product management and development of digital software products; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Skills
