As the Digital Security Leader, you will serve as the trusted cybersecurity authority at the site, leading and representing all aspects of Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Application Governance. You will work on the digital team to execute digital enhancements while protecting operations from potential information security incidents. Your role is critical in reducing risks, eliminating losses, and ensuring the site’s ability to prevent, detect, and respond to security incidents—ultimately ensuring uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities

  • Daily execution of cyber operations for the site.
  • Lead digital projects with the site Digital Leader.
  • Own cybersecurity incident response for the site, serving as the first point of contact for information security incidents, initiating the response process, and contributing to the Technical Information Security Leader and Business Information Security Leader’s ownership of the response team.
  • Own compliance for all devices (EVP, whitelisting, operating systems management), technology, and application registrations, including policy and standards compliance and ongoing maintenance.
  • Drive “digital safety” for the site and foster a cybersecurity culture and capability.
  • Maintain the warehouse management system (WMS) and other compliance systems, including WCSs.
  • Partner with the Site Leadership Team and Operations to drive out technical losses and maintain system compliance.
  • Execute IT and OT Asset Management, including governance of the Digital Systems Toolkit (IT Asset Management, Operating System Management).
  • Actively participate in Cybersecurity Leader and Application Governance Communities of Practice to share and adopt best practices, enhancing site cybersecurity and application action plans.
  • Proactively lead the development, enrollment, and execution of the site cybersecurity action plan, feeding into the site digital master plan.
  • Contribute to the site’s governance, risk, and compliance efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information/Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related fields OR 4+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead key safety systems and achieve desired results.
  • Willingness to learn and grow mastery in digital systems and WMSs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including data analytics tools (SQL & Power BI).
  • Background or previous experience with both WMS and WCSs.
  • Strong leadership skills—ability to be a visible leader, influence, and work effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to establish a vision and drive a team toward achievement.
  • Excellent communication skills—ability to convey work to leadership and document processes.
  • Database knowledge.
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities, operate under pressure, assess risk, and know when to ask for help.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior warehousing/manufacturing work process experience.
  • Successful completion of a formal Programming Language course (e.g., MSSQL, PHP, C, C++, Python).
  • Successful completion of one of the following: Windows Server formal training, CCNA certification, or Linux Administration Training.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical problem statements concisely and effectively.

Pay

Starting salary range: $85,000.00 - $122,200.00 per year.
