Digital Operations Leader
Job Location: Shippensburg, PA (onsite 5 days per week)

As a Site Digital Technology Leader, you will define and deliver the site digital master plan aligned with compelling business needs. You will lead a multi-functional digital team at the site and partner with GBS service lines to achieve operational targets, compliance, and substantial value creation.
Responsibilities
- Drive all aspects of IT operations within the site, including governance and operational excellence.
- Serve as an active member of the site leadership team and lead regular digital portfolio reviews with key stakeholders.
- Drive digital innovation and lead top critical projects at the site and any regional/global projects in the Operating Unit (OU).
- Anticipate and communicate future needs and innovation opportunities to sector leadership and service lines.
- Manage the IT budget at the site.
- Set and execute IT strategy at the P&G OU, service category, major company IT platform, or infrastructure level.
- Actively develop others in the function, ensuring completion of Leadership Strength Assessment (LSA) and a sustainable career journey.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT operations or a related role, including incident, change, and problem management.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Understanding of IT compliance, governance, and risk management (Integrated Risk Management).
- Ability to successfully deliver small to medium projects with excellent collaboration and discipline.
- Ability to work effectively with multifunctional teams at the site and broader teams to deliver operational excellence.
- Self-starter with a willingness and ability to challenge the status quo, learn continuously, and apply expertise to deliver business value.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Shippensburg, PA.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure (Network, Voice, PC, Servers, etc.) and experience managing IT operations in a live environment.
- Experience leading and managing projects.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and business continuity.
- Certifications such as CISA, ITIL Foundation, CCNA, or PMP.
- Programming knowledge and experience (e.g., Python, SQL, C/C++, C#).
Pay
Starting salary range: $85,000.00 - $122,200.00 per year. Compensation varies based on factors including office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and experience.
