Overview We’re excited to be looking for a Digital Product Specialist to join our team. Reporting to our Digital Product Manager, you''ll work hands on keeping the digital product roadmap accurate, the backlog healthy, and new features rigorously tested from spec to launch. This role sits at the intersection of execution and growth - comfortable independently handling well-defined product work, and building toward more ambiguous, higher-complexity problems with guidance. You'll work daily with Engineering, Product Design, and Site Operations to ship high-quality customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, technically curious, and comfortable drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data. What You’ll Do Maintain accuracy in the digital product roadmap, ensuring it reflects current priorities, statuses, and timelines.Draft product briefs for new initiatives, outlining the “whys”, relationship to business goals, initial success metrics.Draft technical tickets and PRDs to comprehensively document edge cases, back and front-end logic, and functional requirements.Collaborate daily with developers, designers, and analysts on execution and delivery of new features.Work with your manager and partner teams through the feature development process by surfacing scope questions early, tracking dependencies, and documenting tradeoff decisions so everyone is working from the same plan.Recommend primary and secondary KPIs for new features and tests, then measure and report on post-launch performance against them.Thoroughly test and QA features and AB tests as they go through the product and development lifecycle.Manage end-to-end JIRA backlog activity translating business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.Maintain SCRUM ceremonies to achieve product roadmap timelines and goals.Recommend and implement improvements to product operations workflows that make the team faster and more accurate (ie ticket templates, QA checklists, backlog hygiene etc)Resolve day-to-day blockers independently, and bring risks, scope changes, and decisions above your remit to your manager early. We’re Looking For 2+ years in product management or a closely adjacent function; APM, internship in product management, business analyst, QA or site ops paths all welcome.Experience in QA and UAT testing and A/B testing methodologyExperience working in SCRUM and Agile technical environmentsStrong quantitative skills - comfortable pulling insight from data to back assumptions and evaluate outcomesProven technical proficiency and a track record of working closely with engineersStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate sophisticated technical topics in a clear and concise mannerExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications Compensation Base salary range: $69,000–$90,000, plus equity. We take a consistent approach to our salary bands to ensure internal equity, and expect to make offers within this range. Final compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and market data.
