Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where digital tools can enhance productivity, reduce friction, and unlock new capabilities.
- Build and maintain a product roadmap that aligns technology initiatives with enterprise objectives, enabling scalability, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
- Lead with a holistic view of the Do it Best ecosystem—integrating solutions that strengthen outcomes by divisions for Do It Best and its Members.
- Partner with Do It Best divisional teams to understand business requirements and customer needs.
- Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable user stories and prioritized backlogs.
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring quality, speed, and alignment with business outcomes.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
- Work closely with QA and engineering teams to validate requirements and deliver features that meet acceptance criteria.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Use data insights, member feedback, and market research to continuously refine the product roadmap.
- Ensure the digital product portfolio aligns with member and shopper needs, optimizing engagement and conversion across channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in digital product ownership.
- Proven track record of delivering successful operational and customer facing digital solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Able to manage competing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
- Knowledge of retail and distribution business processes.
- Familiarity with ERP, POS, or ecommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Fusion, etc).
- Background in data-driven product management.
- Understanding of cooperative or member-owned business models.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
