About the role

Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead product discovery, problem definition, and outcome alignment with stakeholders
- Translate complex compensation rules into clear product features and user stories
- Partner with Engineering to deliver iterative, high-quality solutions
- Own product health, accuracy, and adoption metrics
- Navigate trade-offs and prioritization in a highly regulated, time-sensitive domain
- Champion Human-Centered Design and modern digital experience patterns
- Collaborate across teams to manage dependencies and deliver within a broader ecosystem
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital product management experience
- Experience as a Digital Product Manager owning end-to-end product delivery
- Strong ability to bridge strategy and execution (big picture + detailed delivery)
- Proven experience in: Product discovery and roadmap development, Agile delivery, backlog management, and story writing, agile frameworks (XP, Scrum) and product-ownership best practices
- Understanding of product-platform-API integration patterns
- Root-cause analysis and data-driven decision-making capability
- Stakeholder facilitation and cross-functional alignment
- Technical fluency (APIs, data flows, system interactions) with ability to partner effectively with engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to define and measure outcomes
Qualifications
- Experience with financial systems, compensation platforms, or rule-based engines
- Experience delivering on the Outcome-Based Delivery (OBD) model
- API-based integration engine experience
- Background in complex, regulated environments (e.g., SOX, finance, insurance)
- Exposure to modern architecture (microservices, event-driven systems)
- Interest or experience in automation, AI, or data-driven product optimization

Pay
Compensation offered for this role is $110,000.00 - $181,025.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
