Digital Product Manager

Mission

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking a Digital Product Manager to help turn digital ideas into action by coordinating initiatives, supporting product operations, partnering with vendors, and preparing new tools and enhancements for successful adoption.

About the role

This position will be reporting directly to the VP of Digital Transformation at our Farmington Hills location. The ideal candidate will maintain and organize key project documentation, provide operational oversight and coordination for all integrated digital products, support product administration activities, prepare or review reporting summaries, and ensure digital product administration, user access, documentation, testing, issue resolution, and vendor coordination follow applicable internal policies and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize key project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting notes, action items, issue logs, testing documentation, decision logs, and follow-up items for assigned digital product initiatives.
• Provide operational oversight and coordination for all integrated digital products as they are onboarded, enhanced, expanded, or maintained.
• Support product administration activities, including user access, access reviews, configuration coordination, troubleshooting, vendor support follow-up, documentation, and internal communication, in partnership with the appropriate business owners and support teams.
• Serve as a day-to-day operational contact for assigned vendors; coordinate vendor meetings, implementation calls, product updates, issue reviews, support tickets, and follow-up items.
• Supervise direct reports, including work direction, prioritization, coaching, performance feedback, development support, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting system implementations, user testing, product rollouts, employee training, documentation, and issue tracking preferred.
• An Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
